A warmline is a peer-operated listening line. Compassionate people with lived experience with mental health are happy to speak with you. The operators can also can suggest resources in the community to callers.

Our warmline is accessible through a toll-free number, (877) 733-7563. This number can be easily remembered as it can be spelled as 877 PEER LNE.

The hours of operation are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4pm-8pm.

Peers can also request that our warmline operators perform regular outreach check-ins on a scheduled basis.
